Your Privacy is Paramount
At GeoVisible (https://getgeovisible.com), we are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with global privacy standards including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
1. Data Controller
GeoVisible acts as the Data Controller for personal data collected through our marketing websites and SaaS application. For any privacy inquiries, reach our Data Protection Officer at privacy@getgeovisible.com.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Data: Name, business email address, company name, password hash.
- Workspace & Brand Data: Monitored domain names, prompt configurations, competitor targets, and reputation credentials.
- Billing Data: Billing address, country, company VAT/tax ID. Credit card processing is handled securely by Stripe; we never store raw payment card data.
- Technical Usage: IP address, device telemetry, browser language, access timestamps, and session cookies.
- Crawler Telemetry: Log records of AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot) accessing your verified sites via GEO Tag or tracking pixels.
3. Google API Limited Use Disclosure
Strict Adherence to Google API Services User Data Policy:
GeoVisible's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- We only use your Google Search Console / Analytics tokens to display organic search metrics directly in your workspace.
- We do NOT sell, lease, or transfer your Google user data to third parties or advertising brokers.
- We do NOT use Google user data to train or fine-tune general artificial intelligence / machine learning models.
- You may revoke integration access at any time via your workspace settings or Google Account Security permissions.
4. Purposes of Data Processing
We process your data to:
- Deliver, operate, and maintain the GeoVisible platform and services.
- Compute visibility scores, sentiment analysis, and answer engine citation benchmarks.
- Generate and syndicate dynamic Schema JSON-LD and llms.txt files via GEO Tag.
- Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and safeguard platform security.
5. Cookies & Telemetry
We use strictly necessary cookies for session authentication, security (CSRF protection), and remembering your preferred locale (English/Turkish). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, although certain platform features may become unavailable.
6. Data Security & Retention
All data in transit is encrypted using modern TLS 1.3 standards. Data at rest is safeguarded using encrypted storage volumes with strict role-based access controls. Customer data is retained for the duration of the subscription and permanently purged within 30 days upon verified account closure.
7. Your Rights Under GDPR & CCPA
You have the right to access, rectify, export, or delete your personal data stored on GeoVisible. To exercise your privacy rights, please contact our Data Protection team at privacy@getgeovisible.com. We will respond to all verified requests within 30 days.
