Executive Summary
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the GeoVisible (https://getgeovisible.com) platform, software, generative engine tracking tools, GEO Tag runtime, and related consulting services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Parties & Service Description
GeoVisible provides businesses and agencies with real-time Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) intelligence. The platform tracks brand visibility, citation graphs, and sentiment across conversational engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google Gemini, and Apple Intelligence, alongside dynamic Schema JSON-LD and llms.txt protocol syndication.
Any individual or entity creating an account or subscribing to our software is herein referred to as the "User" or "Customer".
2. Account Credentials & Security
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration credentials.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, workspace invitations, and API tokens.
- All actions performed under your credentials are your responsibility. Notify GeoVisible immediately upon discovery of any unauthorized access.
3. Generative Model Stochasticity & Output Disclaimer
Large Language Models (LLMs) operate on probabilistic architectures. Results for any given brand prompt may vary across geographical locations, time of day, context windows, and model iterations.
Notice: GeoVisible measures and simulates search outcomes as an objective observer. We do not guarantee specific organic rankings or algorithmic outcomes on third-party AI platforms.
4. GEO Tag Deployment & Site Audits
You may only deploy our tag.js script or crawler telemetry pixels onto websites that you own or for which you have received written authorization to manage.
- You confirm that business schemas injected via GEO Tag reflect authentic business information.
- Bot visit logs (e.g. GPTBot, PerplexityBot) are processed for reporting and analytics purposes.
5. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing
Access to GeoVisible is billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually). Scan credits renew each billing cycle and do not roll over unless expressly agreed in your agreement.
You may cancel your subscription at any time within your workspace billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current prepaid billing period.
6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms from the platform.
- Use the platform to launch denial-of-service attacks or bypass API rate limits.
- Resell or redistribute platform access outside designated agency workspace tiers.
7. Intellectual Property
GeoVisible, its user interface, analytics models, software, and brand assets are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Customers retain all rights and ownership of their brand assets and proprietary customer data.
